Working collaboratively with OSPI to implement sustainable decision-making tools and processes, ESD 123 provides DATA Coaching services utilizing an interdisciplinary team to help schools and districts enhance data practices through steps and strategies designed to inform student learning. Recognizing that data is not enough to produce gains in student achievement, ESD 123's Data Coaching Team uses HOMEROOM for WSIPC and Administrative Dashboards to assist staff in identifying trends in student performance and guiding questions to focus instruction.
