Career Pathways

Career Pathways in Education

Over 80% of the jobs for the year 2030 have not even been created or imagined. The time couldn't be more important for building sustainable career pathways for students! These pathways are needed to connect high quality education with career training that leads students to high demand, high wage jobs. Career and technical education (CTE) and career connected learning (CCL) opportunities develop students' skills and knowledge through career-related courses and work-related experiences. Building meaningful and relevant career education and hands-on experiences both inside and outside of the classroom, students master the skills needed to succeed in the current and future workforce.

Let ESD 123's Career Pathways help you build these opportunities for your students!
